Questions
How long does switching take?
Timing depends on the export format, the volume of records and files, and the number of open jobs. We review the export with you and agree on a schedule before the move.
What if my current vendor charges for an export?
Ask the vendor what formats, original files and access it can provide. Send us a description of the export first. A PDF is useful reference material, but we do not promise that every PDF or proprietary format can become structured job data.
Can I leave RestoSavage with my data too?
Yes. Export your job data, original photos and signed documents without an export fee. Read-only export remains available for 12 months after cancellation.
