Evidence history stays visible
Evidence records preserve stable event and operation IDs and the observed, recorded and received times. Corrections append a new event rather than silently overwriting the original.
Locked-down access
Authenticated access, role checks, multi-factor sign-in and company-scoped database policies protect company records. Owners control memberships and outside links. Review access regularly and protect account credentials.
Recovery checks
Recovery checks compare restored database records and original-file hashes and confirm that company access remains isolated.
Subscription billing through Stripe
Stripe handles subscription checkout and billing management. Payment account setup is required before collecting homeowner payments.
Scoped links for outsiders
Outside links open an audience-specific job view. They expire and can be revoked. Treat a valid link as a credential and review the recipient and exposed records before sharing it.
