A drying file that holds up on desk review.
Every reading, photo and equipment day is tied to a room, a point and a time. Before a report or invoice leaves the shop, preflight catches what an adjuster would cut.
- Dry standard on every point
- Pass
- Daily readings while equipment on site
- Pass
- Dehumidifier billed 1 day after goals met
- Block
- Flat readings at point 4 for 2 days
- Warn
- 3 photos still waiting to sync
- Block
Tools for your team
Sketch and moisture map
Draw rooms on the phone or scan them with LiDAR, group them into chambers, and pin moisture points against unaffected dry standards.
Category and class
Set per chamber before equipment goes in. Every change keeps who made it, when and why.
Psychrometrics
Temperature and RH give GPP and dew point. Pressure is estimated from elevation and labeled that way.
Readings with their meter
Meter, mode, scale and depth on every reading. Snap the meter screen and the tech confirms the value, or type it in.
Equipment sizing
Air movers and dehumidifiers sized with the published S500 calculations. Placing outside the range asks for a written reason.
Honest goals
Dry means every active point is at or below its goal. A point can't be deleted to make a job pass.
Preflight
Fix it before the adjuster finds it.
Preflight runs on the final report, photo package and invoice. Some gaps block delivery until they're fixed; others need a signed note explaining them, which prints in the report.
Preflight checks your file. It doesn't promise what a carrier will pay.

Questions
Which standard do the calculations follow?
The published calculations in ANSI/IICRC S500 (5th edition). The version is saved with every calculation.
Do you support Bluetooth meters?
Enter readings with the meter, mode, scale and depth used on the job. You do not need a Bluetooth meter to document readings; Bluetooth meter sync is not included.
Does a clean preflight mean I'll get paid in full?
No. It means your file is complete and consistent. What gets paid is still the carrier's decision.
