The platform
Every part of the restoration job. One system.
Other tools cover the drying file, or the back office, or the CRM. RestoSavage covers the whole job: every division, every document and every payer, on one record.
01 · Intake and referrals
The call becomes the job.
Calls come in on your own number and attach to the job. After hours, a scripted intake captures the caller, property, cause and insurance, then pages your on-call tech. Plumbers, agents and property managers get referral links, and you see what each one is worth.

02 · Carriers, TPAs and Xactimate
Know what's due before you miss it.
Set up each program you belong to once: its timers, required photos and documents. Every claim shows what's done and what's due. Import Xactimate estimates as line items, and export your sketch as an underlay.

03 · Water mitigation
A drying file that holds up on desk review.
Sketch or LiDAR-scan rooms, map moisture points against dry standards, log psychrometrics and size equipment to the S500 calculations. Preflight blocks the report until missing readings, billed equipment after dry and photo gaps are fixed or explained.

04 · Mold, fire and biohazard
Protocols, not blank notes.
Mold jobs carry the assessor's protocol, containment and clearance. Fire jobs map smoke and soot by room and surface. Biohazard jobs keep PPE, chain of custody and disposal records, visible only to the people who need them.

05 · Contents
Every item, room to vault and back.
Photograph and label each item once. Print QR box labels from your phone, scan through pack-out, cleaning and storage, and bill storage to the right payer. Total-loss lists export with photos for the adjuster.

08 · Money and accounting
Every payer, tracked to zero.
Each payer gets its own invoice and balance. Homeowners pay deductibles by text. Joint and mortgage checks are tracked through endorsement. Reductions are recorded line by line with the carrier's reason, and lien deadlines are calculated for you.
