The rebuild starts where drying ends.

Same job, same rooms, same photos, same homeowner. Schedule trades, send subs their scope, track POs and lien waivers, and settle who pays for every change before the work moves.

What's included

Schedule

Phases and tasks by room and trade, with dependencies, crew and sub assignments, inspection dates and a calendar the homeowner can see.

Subcontractors

License and insurance expiry alerts, scope sent by link, schedule confirmations, sub invoices matched to POs, lien waivers collected before you pay.

Purchase orders

Materials by job and phase, supplier, delivery date and receiving, costed to the job.

Change orders

Scope, price, reason and who owns it, carrier or homeowner, approved before work proceeds.

Selections

Allowances and options with photos. The homeowner chooses by link and any overage is billed to them.

Draws

A draw schedule tied to milestones, with inspection photos for carriers and mortgage companies.

Daily logs and punch lists

Progress photos, crew on site and issues each day; punch items with photos through the final walk.

Permits and inspections

Permit numbers, inspection results and documents on the job.

Who pays for what

Every change lands on the right invoice.

A carrier supplement, a homeowner upgrade and a mortgage-company draw can all sit on the same rebuild. Each one is tracked to its own payer, so nothing gets eaten at the end.

Questions

Do subs need an account?

No. They get a link to their scope, schedule and documents, and never count toward your team size.

Can I estimate retail rebuilds without Xactimate?

Yes. Native estimates use your own price list, with options and an e-signed approval. Insurance work can still come in from Xactimate.

Does the homeowner see the schedule?

Yes, in their portal, along with selections and change orders waiting for their approval.

Included in every plan, with every other module.
