Questions
How do I know which plan fits?
Count the people on your team who log in, office and field. Homeowners, adjusters, subcontractors and referral partners never count. If a storm doubles your crew, add temporary techs for up to 60 days without changing plans.
Do you work with Xactimate?
Yes. Import Xactimate estimates as line items and export your sketch as an underlay. Direct exchange through Verisk's partner program comes after that partnership is signed.
What does switching cost?
Nothing. We import your jobs, documents and photos from DASH, Albi, Encircle, PSA, Xcelerate, MICA or a spreadsheet, and you can run both systems for a cutover week.
Are there payment processing fees?
Card and ACH payments from homeowners carry standard processing fees, shown before you turn payments on.
Can I leave with my data?
Yes. Export everything, including photos and signed documents, at any time, including after you cancel.
