What's included
Program profiles
Contractor Connection, Alacrity, Accuserve, Sedgwick or any other program, built from the guide you already have: contact, on-site and upload timers, required photos and documents, pricing rules.
Timers across every claim
One view of what's due today and what's late, across every open claim and program.
Ready-to-submit check
A claim can't be marked ready until the program's required items exist.
Milestones recorded once
Contacted, inspected, started, estimate uploaded, dry, complete. Entered once, reused in every report and portal.
Xactimate estimate import
Export your estimate from Xactimate and it becomes line items on the job, checked against the estimate's own totals.
Sketch underlay export
Your room sketch exports as a scaled underlay image Xactimate accepts.
Xactimate and XactAnalysis
What works today, and what comes with the Verisk partnership.
Verisk controls direct access to Xactimate and XactAnalysis through its partner program. Until that agreement is signed, here's exactly what you get.
| Today | After the partnership | |
|---|---|---|
| Estimates | Import an exported estimate as line items | Direct estimate exchange |
| Assignments | Entered from XactAnalysis or email, with the assignment ID on the job | Assignments create jobs automatically |
| Milestones and documents | One-click copy fields to paste back | Dates, notes, photos and documents sync back |
| Sketches | Scaled underlay image | Scaled underlay image |
Questions
Which programs can I set up?
Any program you belong to. You enter its timers and requirements from the program guide you have, and every claim in that program follows them.
Do you create ESX files?
No. ESX is Verisk's format, and we won't generate it without their agreement. Estimates come in by import, and sketches go out as underlays.
When will XactAnalysis sync be available?
[Date once the Verisk partnership is signed.]
